Ophy was born in Italy, inspired by the passion and creativity of two young minds who quickly connected through their common interests: glasses and modern, contemporary design. To make reality their ideas, they draw inspiration from modern and iconic architectural shapes from art history, all while keeping an eye on the innovations that the future brings.
Like all the brands we carry at L’Atelier Optics, the artisanal process in the production of their glasses is essential. It’s a mix of the passion and skill of Italian craftsmen with a forward-looking perspective and innovation.
Attention to detail, meticulous selection of the highest quality materials, and thorough research to combine versatility and comfort are key elements for Ophy glasses.
The architectural inspiration we’ve mentioned is impeccably reflected in Ophy glasses: sharp angles, rounded edges, square lenses, simple yet striking geometric shapes that frame the face like a work of art.
