The return of our products is accepted (purchase renouncement) as long as 14 days haven’t passed since the product was delivered and always if the product is found in the same condition as when it was acquired, including the instructions, documentation and accessories.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

Once the package is received, the repayment will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming the refund. This will be made effective within 72 hours after it has been processed, depending on the bank deadlines. The refund will always be made, if possible, through the same method used to pay for the order.

L’Atelier Óptica gives you a 2-year guarantee since the purchase date for all the products. The manufacturer of the item could eventually offers a greater guarantee.

This guarantee concerns manufacturing defects, so it cannot be applied in case of damage caused by negligent use or accident.

The person responsible for the application of the guarantee shall be the manufacturer of the articles. L’Atelier Óptica commits to mediate for its correct application, but in no case will be responsible for the same. The shipping costs that may be incurred in order to comply with the guarantee shall be borne by the customer.
