The return of our products is accepted (purchase renouncement) as long as 14 days haven’t passed since the product was delivered and always if the product is found in the same condition as when it was acquired, including the instructions, documentation and accessories.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

Once the online store has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days.

L’Atelier Óptica gives you a 2-year guarantee since the purchase date for all the products. The manufacturer of the item could eventually offers a greater guarantee.

L’Atelier Óptica commits to mediate for its correct application, but in no case will be responsible for the same. The shipping costs that may be incurred in order to comply with the guarantee shall be borne by the customer.
