Massada, haute couture in the eyewear world
At L’Atelier Óptica we like to surround ourselves with the most cutting-edge brands to offer you high quality, exclusive and unique products. For this reason, we are happy to have in our collection one of the most fascinating brands in the current fashion scene: Massada Eyewear.
Massada works to make high end models, with exclusive manufacturing processes and aimed at restless minds. For them, the feeling of identity is so important, that when you wear their glasses you feel that they are part of you, of your subconscious and that they are a visual expression of the feeling of joy.
Massada was born in Sweden by creative director Kate Lupinsky, an art director with a deep curiosity for the world, something that she has planted in her designs, considered eyewear haute couture. The merit is not hers alone, since each Massada model is the result of a work developed by a team that includes professionals from different disciplines such as art, cinema, finance, craftsmanship… This is because Massada always looks for a multidisciplinary approach.
When you have a Massada frame in your hands, you should know that you are holding a pair of glasses made by the best craftsmen in Japan and Italy, whose creative process could take up to eight months. For this brand, the development process, the debate and the consideration of any detail to make the perfect glasses is crucial. Rushing is never a part of Massada’s production, and it clearly shows in the final result.
At L’Atelier Óptica we are big fans of Massada’s philosophy of creation, but also of their particular way of seeing art, they frequently collaborate with artists to create artistic expressions of all kind. By the way, in our opticians shop we are lucky to have their particular version of “The Garden of Earthly Delights” by El Bosco. Come see it!
